Flat. Public. Less than one avoided dispute a day.
Priced the way Stripe already bills you: by active connected account. Every plan has every feature; the tiers differ in scale and in how much of our time comes with them. Fourteen days free, no card.
Starter
For a platform whose founder still reads every dispute email. Stop reading them; start deciding them.
- Dispute desk with verdicts, evidence packs and draft responses
- Repeat offenders across accounts and Radar block-list export
- Net margin by account with fee-payer rules and refund leaks
- Network-program exposure, verification deadlines, failed payouts
- Alerts by email and Slack, daily digest
- Hourly sync, 180 days of history, unlimited team members
Growth
For the platform where disputes and fees are a line item somebody owns, and that somebody has other work.
- Everything in Starter
- Onboarding call: we go through your first week of verdicts with your team
- Support replies the same business day
- Quarterly review of dispute, fraud and margin trends across your accounts
Scale
For platforms with a payments or risk team, more than one Stripe account, or a procurement process.
- Everything in Growth
- 1,000 active accounts included, then $0.60 per extra account a month
- Several Stripe platforms, each with its own workspace, on one bill
- Single sign-on (SAML) on request
- Security questionnaire and procurement support
- Invoiced annual billing and a named contact who knows your platform
Prices in USD, excluding tax. Annual billing is two months free.
It pays for itself in fees you don't pay.
Starter costs $149 a month. Here is what that buys back on a platform with forty disputes a month, which is small.
- Ten losing fights you skip because the verdict said so
- 10 × $15
- $150
- Two winnable disputes you'd have accepted, at $120
- 2 × $120
- $240
- Three fraud warnings refunded before they became disputes
- 3 × $15 fee + 3 events off your VAMP count
- $45+
- One refund leak found and the transfer reversed
- typical
- $80–400
- Why price by connected account rather than a share of what I win back?
- Two reasons. Success fees reward the vendor when your dispute count goes up; ours should go down. And Ledgerwide is read-only: you submit the evidence, so the win is yours. A flat fee by active connected account is the unit Stripe already bills you on, so it is easy to budget and easy to check.
- What counts as an active connected account?
- An account in your Stripe Connect list that processed at least one payment in the last 30 days, the same definition Stripe uses for its active-account fee. Dormant accounts are free and still monitored.
- What if I go over my tier?
- Accounts beyond your tier stop being monitored until you move up (one click, prorated) or choose which accounts to keep. We tell you first, and nothing already synced is lost. On Scale nothing stops: extra accounts bill at $0.60 a month each.
- How does the trial work?
- Every plan starts with fourteen days free, no card, no account limit. Connect a read-only key, let the first sync run, and look at your own disputes, offenders and margin. If you don't continue, syncs pause, the key is deleted after thirty days, and there is nothing to cancel.
- Do you need write access to my Stripe account?
- No. Ledgerwide runs on a restricted key with read permissions only. It cannot create charges, refund, move payouts or change settings. The setup guide lists the seven rows we ask for and the key is tested against each before it is stored.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- Disconnecting deletes the stored key at once; we delete your synced history on request. Expiring the key in Stripe cuts off access that second, whatever we do.
- Is this a replacement for Stripe's dashboard?
- No. Stripe's dashboard is where you act: submit evidence, refund, reverse a transfer. Ledgerwide tells you which of those to do, in what order and why, across every account at once.
See your own ledger in ten minutes.
