Five tools. One read-only key. Every connected account.
Everything below is built from data Stripe already holds about your platform. We read it with a restricted key, join it across your connected accounts, and tell you what to do about it.

Every open dispute on the platform, soonest first, with a verdict.
A missed deadline is a loss. Contesting a dispute you can't win costs a fee. The desk puts every chargeback from every connected account in one queue and says, in arithmetic you can check, whether it is worth fighting.
- Fight, accept, refund or respond, with the win probability and the expected gain against Stripe's counter fee
- A base rate per dispute reason that becomes your platform's own once it has ten closed disputes
- Evidence pack: 3-D Secure, CVC and address checks, Visa Compelling Evidence 3.0 status, prior refunds, the customer's history across all of your merchants
- A draft response written from those facts, ready to paste into Stripe
- Record the decision, so no one contests the same dispute twice or lets one slip
Where the money isStripe charges $15 when a dispute arrives and $15 more to contest it, returned only on a win. Fighting the wrong ones is pure cost; accepting the winnable ones is the whole amount.
- Win: keep the amount
- 0.68 × $156.46 = $106.39
- Lose: Stripe's counter fee
- 0.32 × $15.00 = −$4.80
- Expected gain from fighting
- +$101.59
Base rate for fraudulent on your platform: 41% from 63 closed disputes. Evidence Stripe already holds moves it to 68%.
- Billing postal code matched
- CVC check passed
- 4th purchase from this customer at Harbor Goods
- Not 3-D Secure authenticated
The card that is hitting all of your merchants.
Stripe gives a card the same fingerprint at every connected account on your platform. One seller sees one dispute. You see the pattern, and you are the only one who can.
- Offenders by card fingerprint and by email, ranked by disputes, fraud reports and accounts hit
- Early fraud warnings from Visa and Mastercard on payments that can still be refunded before they become chargebacks
- A block list in the shape Stripe Radar's lists accept
- Per-account advice: what to refund, what to block, what the merchant should change
Where the money isA fraud warning refunded in time never becomes a dispute, never charges a fee, and never counts toward Visa's threshold.

What you really keep, account by account.
Gross volume flatters. Net margin is your application fees minus the Stripe fees, dispute losses and refund leaks that actually came out of your balance, with Stripe's fee-payer rules applied correctly for each account.
- Destination and separate charges: Stripe fees, disputes and dispute fees are yours. Direct charges: only where Stripe bills the platform
- Refund leaks: platform-funded refunds where the transfer to the merchant was never reversed. Recoverable
- Fees Stripe bills your platform directly, shown as their own line
- Margin by account, worst first, with trend. Accounts in red are costing you money
Where the money isRefund leaks are an integration setting most teams have never checked. The money comes back when the transfers are reversed.

Warned before the fines, not after.
Every connected account carries a 0 to 100 risk score, recomputed hourly from your own payments, with every point explained in a sentence: volume spikes, decline rates that look like card testing, cards never seen before, refunds, one card paying most of the volume, foreign or prepaid cards, payouts leaving as fast as money arrives, verification deadlines. Underneath, Visa's VAMP and Mastercard's ECM are measured per account with the thresholds Stripe publishes.
- A merchant risk score with its reasons, the week's trend, the next payout date, and a place to record who reviewed it and what they found
- Rolling network-program ratios per account, with the minimum counts, so a tiny account's two disputes don't look like a crisis
- Platform exposure: open disputes already debited from your balance, minus what each account can cover
- Verification deadlines and overdue requirements, with the monthly volume that pauses if they're missed
- Failed payouts with Stripe's reason, so a merchant isn't quietly unpaid
Where the money isAn account in a monitoring program means monthly fines and, eventually, losing the card brand. An account Stripe pauses earns you nothing.
- Visa VAMP, non-compliant
- 0.5% · 5+ events · disputes + fraud reports
- Visa VAMP, excessive
- 1.5% · 1,500+ events
- Mastercard ECM
- 1.5% · 100+ chargebacks
- Mastercard HECM
- 3% · 300+ chargebacks
- Stripe dispute fee (US)
- $15 received · $15 to contest

It comes to you, with the next step attached.
Critical alerts by email and Slack the moment they are raised: a dispute due within three days, a fraud warning still refundable, a verification deadline, a failed payout. Everything else waits for a morning digest.
- Choose the severity that interrupts you; the rest waits for the digest
- Every alert carries what to do and a link to the full plan
- Delivered once per event, logged, so you know what went where
- A running tally of what the desk saved: disputes won, fees avoided, fights not wasted
Where the money isA dashboard nobody opens saves nobody anything.
Duplicate (12.6). Verdict: fight, 53%. Same card disputed at Harbor Goods in August. Evidence pack and draft are ready.
$18,400 of monthly volume pauses if the owner doesn't upload an ID. What the merchant needs to do is in the account page.
- Does it submit evidence to Stripe for me?
- No, and that is deliberate. Ledgerwide runs on a read-only key; it cannot write to your Stripe account. It tells you which disputes to fight, assembles the evidence and drafts the response; you paste it into Stripe in a minute. You keep control of what gets said in your platform's name.
- Which charge types does it understand?
- Direct, destination and separate charges and transfers, with or without on_behalf_of. The fee-payer rules differ for each, and the margin figures apply them per account rather than assuming one model for the whole platform.
- How far back does it read?
- The first sync backfills recent history (180 days on every plan) so the verdicts have base rates from day one. After that it syncs hourly and keeps everything.
- Where does the win probability come from?
- A published base rate per dispute reason, replaced by your platform's own rate for that reason once you have ten closed disputes, then nudged by the evidence Stripe holds for the specific charge. Every adjustment is listed in words on the dispute page.
